Affiliates receive a 20% discount on total booth costs. A deposit of $150 is payable at the time of reservation.  Reservations will be accepted until October 1, 2007.  Only reservations made by October 1 will be listed in the program.  Full payment must be received by October 31, 2007.  Cancellation of space and refund of advance deposit will be permitted until October 1, however, a processing fee of $150 will be applied.

What are affiliates?  Affiliates are businesses and organizations that are partners in education with the VSBA. To apply for the VSBA Affiliate Program, call Gina Patterson at 434.295.8722 or email at gina@vsba.org.  Affiliates receive a 20% discount on total booth costs.

Select your own booth location for a site selection fee of $150. Full payment of $150 must be sent within two weeks of online site selection.
