Upon being elected or appointed, school board members and superintendents receive free copies of Virginia School Boards, Basics of Special Education, and the Budget Manual for Virginia School Boards. These publications are available for sale plus two publications for school board candidates.  Some of the publications are in pdf that can be downloaded or read on-line.   Publications are password protected.  When ordering contact gina@vsba.org to order and receive the appropriate password to match the book you have ordered.  You can print the pdf books.
