In recognition of Career Week, Elementary, Middle and High School students are selected to participate in the Mentoring Minute Program. The purpose of the Mentoring Minute Program is to give students the opportunity to gain valuable insight about the importance of a good education, career goals and planning for the future. Students are allowed to interview our Division Superintendent as well as other employees of our Central Office staff. In addition to sharing their educational experience, and giving a description of what they do on a daily basis, each staff member provides their response to the following question: "Other than a good education, in your opinion, what is the second most important trait you possess that makes you successful at what you do?
