Exhibit Space

The VSBA reserves the right to assign all booth space.  However, for a site selection fee of $150 you may select online your own booth site. Booths will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis beginning August 1, 2007.  Payment to reserve both space must be postmarked by August 15, 2007. Booth space is a 8' X 10' booth space for the fee of $1,300.  Only one business per booth.  No sharing of booths unless prior approval.  If you are interested in the booth selection choice and/or on-line registration click here. 

Fee includes:

• Two chairs
• Draped table
• Company identification sign
• Listing in the Convention Program
• An opportunity for face-to-face marketing to a variety of educational decision-makers
• Continental Breakfasts, coffee breaks and a reception in the exhibit area (The reception will be held in exhibit area on Thursday, November 15 - 4:30-5:30 p.m.)

Show Dates, Times, and Location

The show is held Wednesday, November 14: Noon. - 5:30 p.m.; Thursday, November 15: 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., and Friday, November 16, 7:30am - 10:30 am in the Williamsburg Lodge, Virginia room.  Move-in on Tuesday after 8 p.m. or Wednesday 8 a.m. - noon; move-out after 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 16 or 10:30 a.m. on Friday, November 16.

Discount and Payments:

Affiliates receive a 20% discount on total booth costs. A non-refundable deposit of $150 must be received by VSBA within two weeks of confirmation of site selection.  Reservations will be accepted until October 1.  Only reservations made by October 1 will be listed in the program.  Final payment is due by October 31. Cancellation of space and refund of advance deposit will be permitted until October 1, however, a processing fee of $150 will be applied.

Electrical Needs:

Electrical outlets (110 and 220 volt) are provided free of charge. All electrical needs must be specified on the application form. The exhibitor will be financially responsible for any additional engineering requirements.

Conference Registration Fees

As an exhibitor, you DO NOT pay the conference registration fee.

Liability:

The Virginia School Boards Association is not liable for any loss or damage to the property of the exhibitors due to fire, theft, accidents or any other cause whatsoever that may arise from use and occupancy of provided space or building.
