This session will address the steps to shift instructional practice towards the science of reading and structured literacy as required by the Virginia Literacy Act. Participants will learn division-wide action steps needed to make systemic changes in the following categories: leadership, professional learning, curriculum and instruction, student experience, and community engagement.
