Teresa Ellison, Board Chair for Buena Vista City Public Schools, has served on the BVCPS school board since 2008. A dedicated educator, she spent 30 years teaching in Buena Vista City Schools. She now teaches part-time in Alleghany Highlands and enjoys reading and baking in her free time.
