A native of Chicago, Illinois, Tiffany Moore-Buffaloe has proudly called Norfolk, Virginia home for more than 40 years. A graduate of Norview High School, she is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who has dedicated over three decades to serving the public school system and her community.

Mrs. Moore-Buffaloe is the former Chair and Vice-Chair of the Norfolk School Board. She is also the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent and Clerk of the School Board for Newport News Public Schools.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from Norfolk State University and a master’s degree from Strayer University.

An active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated; Gethsemane Community Fellowship Church; and the Beacon Light Civic League, Mrs. Moore-Buffaloe is deeply committed to community engagement and service initiatives that make a positive difference in the lives of others.

She is married and the proud mother of two adult sons.
