73 Education Programs from Across Virginia Featured in the 29th Annual VSBA Showcases for Success Directory
Charlottesville, VA–The Virginia School Boards Association (VSBA) has released its 29th annual Showcases for Success directory, a statewide collection that highlights 73 exceptional programs making a difference in Virginia’s public schools. These featured programs represent creative solutions, forward-thinking initiatives, and impactful practices that support student achievement and school division success.
This year’s directory includes entries from 35 school divisions across the Commonwealth, offering a wealth of ideas and inspiration for educators and leaders looking to implement or expand innovative practices in their own communities.
“As we continue to champion excellence in public education, the Showcases for Success directory serves as a powerful reminder of the remarkable work taking place in our schools every day,” said Gina G. Patterson, VSBA executive director. “These programs not only reflect the dedication and ingenuity of Virginia’s educators, but they also offer a roadmap for others striving to meet the needs of every student.”
In addition to the full directory, VSBA has also published a Special Edition Newsletter spotlighting 12 programs, at least one from each VSBA region. Featured school divisions include Clarke County; Danville City; Greene County; Hampton City; King and Queen County; Manassas Park City; New Kent County; Pittsylvania County; Rappahannock County; Roanoke City; Salem City, and Washington County. This newsletter can be viewed here.
