2024 Clerks Fall Conference

Join us at the Woodlands Hotel for the Annual Fall Conference for School Board Clerks! This event is designed for school system personnel who provide administrative support to the school board and/or the superintendent. You do not want to miss out on the opportunity to gather with colleagues in person and learn about important topics that affect a clerk’s day to day duties.

This year’s workshop topics include Bridging the Gap: Insights from a School Board Member on Communication, Parliamentary Procedure Overview, Navigating VSBA Resources, Legal Overview with Attorney Stacy Haney, and A Day in the Life of a Board Clerk.

In addition to the Conference, clerks are invited to attend the Annual Convention General Sessions and network at the Exhibit Hall. Don’t miss out on this year’s School Board Clerks Conference!
